Tapline is a product of Esipick, a software company founded and run by Ali Murtaza. We build it ourselves, we answer support ourselves, and the roadmap is set by what the brands using it ask for.
Packaging is the one piece of marketing every customer is guaranteed to hold. Yet for most small brands it ends at the label: no way to tell the story, no way to sell the next bottle, no way to know who scanned. Tapline puts a page behind every pack, built by AI from the brand's own words and photos, reached by a QR code you print today or an NFC tag we pre-programme. The page sells the reorder, captures an email and shows the brand where its products are being opened.
We started with wine because EU e-label rules gave wineries a reason to put a code on the bottle, and a reason to keep that code separate from the one that sells. Cosmetics, spirits, apparel and food brands use the same page.
Ali founded Esipick and leads Tapline's product and engineering. He writes the blog posts here and reads every message sent through the contact page.
